Randy Green
Senior Pastor

Randy Green is a native of Florida. He was born in Key West while his father served our country on board a Navy submarine. He was raised in Panama City, Florida where he met his wife, Joyce, in high school. They have been married since 1974 and have two daughters, two great sons-in law, and four grandchildren. Randy is our founding pastor. He has a passion for reaching our world for Christ and then discipling the saved to spiritual maturity. He loves to see the difference that God can make in a person's life. He has a deep love for God's church and works with passion to see it grow and stay healthy. He also loves to hunt and fish and enjoys being on the water in his kayak.

Ronnie Bunch
Associate Pastor of Worship

Ronnie was born in Newport News, Virginia and has been a resident of Isle of Wight County since 1981. He is married to his "high school sweetheart" Debbie and they have one daughter.  Ronnie has served as Praise and Worship Team Leader since the "birth" of Harvest Fellowship in May 2001. After working as a retail pharmacist for 23 years, he accepted the call to full-time ministry and came on staff as Associate Pastor of Worship in March 2005. Ronnie has a "3M" ministry: Music, Missions and Maintenance ... leading worship, researching and organizing mission trip opportunities, and "fixing stuff" around the office. Ronnie loves serving Christ and allowing God to use his passion to make an eternal difference in the lives of others. He also loves music and travel (especially traveling and singing/making music with his wife), surfing, sailing, hunting and fishing. Psalm 104:33 "I will sing to the Lord all my life. I will sing to my God for as long as I live."

Art Stafford
Associate Pastor of Students

Art was born in Charlotte, NC, but has lived all over the south, arriving in Smithfield in 2006 when God called him to Harvest Fellowship. He has been married to his beautiful wife Heather since 1995, and they have a daughter and a son.  Art has been serving in various student ministry positions, both volunteer and full-time staff, since 1989. His role at Harvest is to help students and their families come to Christ and grow in Christ through weekly Bible studies, outreach events, concerts, conferences, retreats, and missions opportunities. His passion is to see students and their families "catch" God's truth and translate it into their own lives and touch the lives of others. He loves to hear students pray and ask God to do great things in their lives and the lives of their friends and families. Art's greatest joys in serving Christ come from having people ask him how to reach their friends. It shows that a personal passion and concern for the lost is growing in them. For fun, he likes just spending time with his family, watching movies, and exercising.
